Return Policy

At Vzari, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within [14/30] days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

  • With original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused by Vzari

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

Non-returnable items (unless defective or required by law) may include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Intimate items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Cosmetics / skincare items that have been opened or used

2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [support@vzari.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  • Photos (required if the item arrived damaged/incorrect)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package and, if applicable, a return label.

3) Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vzari is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
