SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Vzari. Below you’ll find information about our shipping options, timelines, and delivery process.

1) Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In that case, we’ll notify you by email.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is shipped (not the order date).

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

7) Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the carrier may return the package to us or it may be undeliverable. In such cases:

  • We can reship the order once it’s returned to us (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • We can issue a refund excluding original shipping fees (if applicable).

8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or building reception (if applicable)

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  • Email us at [support@vzari.com] within [7] days of the “delivered” status

Vzari is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days as carriers can experience unexpected delays. If the delay is significant, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

9) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact [support@vzari.com] within [48–72 hours] of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging/box

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a solution as appropriate.

10) Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at [support@vzari.com].

We can only make changes before the order is processed or shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel the order.
